MIDLAKES-17 at MYNDERSE-ROMULUS-1  - Midlakes beat Mynderse-Romulus 17-1 Tuesday evening, extending its winning streak to nine and moving to 10-3. The win was also the 50th career victory at Midlakes for head coach John Hicks. Eight different Mergansers scored, and Kenneth Baker recorded his first career varsity assist.

Brendan Baldwin led Midlakes with five goals and an assist, while Nate Lathrop added three goals and three assists and Carter Casper contributed three goals and an assist. James Sprague chipped in one goal and four assists, Walker Landschoot scored two goals and added an assist, and Sam Kuhn, Miles Kornbau and Nathaniel Harendeen each added one goal. In goal, senior Stuart Quku made seven saves on eight shots (88%) over 36 minutes.

For Mynderse-Romulus, Hunter Kurdziolek scored the lone goal. Mynderse-Romulus falls to 4-10.

Midlakes hosts Bloomfield-Honeoye on Thursday. Mynderse-Romulus hosts Waterloo on Friday.
