The Jeffrey Milano-Johnson Memorial Lacrosse Tournament is an event celebrating the life of Jeff Milano-Johnson and supports the Jeffrey Milano-Johnson Memorial Fund.The JMJ Memorial Fund aims to keep the spirit of this vibrant young man alive.

The Jeff Milano-Johnson Memorial Fund has chosen to sponsor an annual lacrosse tournament to honor Jeff's memory. The Fund provides scholarships to Rochester city youth, funds after school programs for Rochester youth and provides bereavement advocacy and support services for families who have lost a child.

The JMJ Memorial Lacrosse Tournament is for 7/8 and 9/10 grade boys lacrosse teams that have completed their spring seasons. The new format this year It is traditionally scheduled for the last weekend in May or the 1st weekend in June of each year. It is sponsored and managed solely by the JMJ Memorial Fund and not by any other community lacrosse program OR by any member of the Section V athletic organization and is one of the primary fundraising activities for the JMJ Memorial Fund.
