Brighton rising junior attackman Brady McDermott has made his decision to continue his education and lacrosse career at Yale University after his graduation in 2018.
Brighton Head Coach Cory Holbrough brought Brady up to the Varsity at the end of his eighth grade year where he began scoring goals for the Barons. He then scored 51g-26a as a freshman and added 55g-34a last season. He was rewarded with first team All-League (MC-2) and Second team All-Section honors last spring.
In the off-season he has played with the Sweetlax Lacrosse Club and has also trained with Aquinas Head Coach and Harvest Lacrosse founder, Grant Catalino. Last summer he played in the Sweetlax Invitational and Showcase as well as the Showtime, Showtime All-Star and Naptown tournaments.
Before deciding on Yale, Brady considered Brown and Princeton.
