GVLOA Looking for New Lacrosse Officials

The Genesee Valley Lacrosse Officials Association is once again providing training for people who would like to learn how to help conduct the boys game and earn some money in the process. The new official’s orientation classes will start in January. It is great opportunity for someone who is thinking about staying involved in the game and wants to learn what it takes to be a “certified” NYS HS Lacrosse Official. Full Story

US Lacrosse Coaching Education - Level 2

The Greater Rochester Chapter of US Lacrosse will be offering the Level TWO Clinic on January 10, 2016 at Sutherland High School. The clinic, which is part of the program leading to certification, will be available for both the men`s and the women`s game. The local chapter will subsidize half of the cost. Local coaches will pay $47.50 for Level 2 instruction. Full Story
