Canandaigua has reached the Sectional Finals eight of the last ten contests, including the last three tournaments that have been held. Pittsford and Fairport have faced three times in the Sectional Championship over the last seven tournaments. In each of the last seven years at least one of them has been present in the finals. *+Penn Yan cemented their 26th Section V Title with a comeback 8-6 win over Livonia-Avon. The Mustangs trailed for most of the game before scoring four unanswered goals in the fourth quarter to secure the win. Pal-Mac Comes Back and Wins First Title Since 2017 | ||||

After appearing in the finals the last two seasons, Pal-Mac came into tonight’s game looking for their first win since 2017. The Red Raiders fought back hard with last four goals of the game to defeat HF-L 8-5. A key factor in that win was Red Raider goalie Will Nichols. He finished the game with nine saves, including six in the first half and was named the All Tournament MVP for Class C. Full Story | ||||
