![]() The lacrosse community was saddened to learn of the tragic loss of Webster midfielder, Leo Fox, who died in a car accident today. Leo and Adrienne Grishaber who were both 17, died when the car, driven by Leo, hit a utility pole on Hard Road in Webster. Full Story |
| Long Island Leads in Lacrosse |

![]() Nassau County (Section 8) leads the state in the both the number and percentage of schools with boys lacrosse. According to an article in the New York State Sportswriters Association News, 48 out of 70 schools in Section 8 have teams (69%). The next closest section, Section 11, is located on the other part of Long Isalnd (Suffolk County), where 34 of 63 schools field teams (54%). Full Story |
