The Empire State games have announced the schedule for the games which will be played at RIT this summer as part of the annual summer games. More than 6.000 athletes will descend on the Rochester area from Wednesday, July 26th through Sunday, July 30th to play all sorts of sports. Full Story

Central made a strong statement in the opening contest of the 2006 Empire State Lacrosse Games with a 19-4 rout over Adirondack in their round one game at the stadium field at RIT. Full Story

Last week, most people studying the rosters would have predicted that Central’s depth in the midfield, and their experienced defense would be enough to beat Hudson Valley in round two, it certainly was not the case as the Valley dominated for more than 29 minutes into the game. Full Story

Western was the victor but they played a closer than expected game with a much improved New York City team in the first game of day three of the Empire State Lacrosse Games at the beautiful RIT Stadium Field. Full Story

The first game on Sunday morning saw an intense New York City team take Central into overtime, where Central’s Jack Venditti scored the game winner with an assist from Nick Lococo to give them a 13-12 win. Full Story
