![]() Pittsford's field was not ready, so the Panthers traveled to Irondequoit for their first outing under new Coach Carmine Peluso. The first half looked close as Pittsford took a 7-6 lead at the break, but the Eagles reorganized and held the Panthers scoreless from then on while scoring five of their own. Canandaigua and Fairport moved their game to Hobart College and the Braves (4-0) remained undefeated with their 10-7 win over Fairport.Senior Midfielder, Mike Pane led the effort with 4g along with junior attackmen, Chris Mulheron (2g-1a) and Brian Hadsell (2g). Scoring for Mynderse were Mike Kurdziolek (3g-4a), Adam Sanderson (4g), Troy Gothem (1g-1a), Tim Ellis (1g) and Jake Fitzgerald (1g). Mynderse goalie, Anthony Carnevale registered 9 saves. ![]() A group of Irondequoit lacrosse fans have announced that they are working to raise funds in the name of George Boiardi, the Cornell lacrosse player who died earlier this season. Over $2,000 has been raised thus far and donations are encouraged. Full Story |

![]() There were lots of man-up opportunities at Livonia as Victor beat the Bulldogs 11-8. Victor took a 4-0 lead in the first quarter and extended the score to 7-2 at the half-time break. It was close in the first half with each team scoring 2 goals in one quarter and 1 goal in the other and the game was tied at 3 at the half time break.
