The Rochester Area Boys Lacrosse Officials Association provides US Lacrosse Jr. Official's Certification training, loaner equipment for new candidates and referee assigning services for boy's youth level games and tournaments. Candidates must be at least 14 years old, US Lacrosse Members and must complete the 2021 US Lacrosse Youth Rules Online course prior to attending the 1st training clinic.

After registering, the candidate will receive the US Lacrosse Youth Rules Course link, USL Youth Rules book (pdf) and other training materials.
