Joe Hill Has 200th Win at Pal-Mac

DAY IN REVIEW: WEDNESDAY - There were two games played today and they were mismatches, but on a high note Pal-Mac Head Coach won his 200th game. He joins nine other Section V coaches in the 200 Club, whose current coaches include Brian Hobart (Penn Yan), Mike Torrelli (Fairport, Rob Ruller (Thomas), and Andrew Whipple (Pittsford).

Joe HillPAL-MAC-15 at LIVONIA-AVON-4 - The Red Raiders took the first quarter 3-1 and led at the half 7-3. Leading the scoring for Pal-Mac (3-0) were Keagan Hoesterey (4g-3a), (2g-4a), Reid Diehl (5g-1a), and junior face off midfielder Luke VanGorden (2g-1a) who also won his 300th faceoff with his 12+/10- = 55%. Peyton Lich recorded 13s/4ga = 76% (48 mins). Scoring for Livonia-Avon were Max McEnerney (3g), and Hunter Rumfola (1g). Facing off for Livonia-Avon was freshman Rider VanZandt with 12+/10- = 55%.    [ BOX SCORE

HAVERLING-3 at AQUINAS-18 - Ten different players scored goals for Aquinas in this game including Sophomore midfielder Ares Miller, Freshman midfielder Leighton Mortimer, and Junior midfielder Dom Siesto who each scored their first Varsity goal for AQ. Also on the offensive book were Tano Auriuso (4g-1a), Carter Wegman (3g-2a), Jaiden White (2g-1a), and Noah Olbrich (2g). Scoring for Haverling were Junior offensiveman Gavin Price (1g-1a), Senior attackman Cameron Boyer (2g), and Junior midfielder Maclain Wright (1a). Facing off for Haverling was senior Devin Cornish with 3+/2- = 60%. Haverling will host Bishop Kearney on Tuesday and Aquinas is at Canisius on Saturday.    [ BOX SCORE
