Hunter Savitcheff to Lenoir-Rhyne

Hunter SavitcheffHunter Savitcheff, a Penfield senior, has announced his commitment to attend and play lacrosse for Lenoir-Rhyne University located in North Carolina.

Hunter has played on the Penfield Patriots Varsity team since his sophomore year. He will be starting his last season at Penfield with a total of 37 goals and 9 assists. Last season he was named to the All League Honorable Mention list as an attackman.

In the off season, Hunter has played for the Blaze Lacrosse Club for the past four years. Before selecting Lenoir-Rhyne he also considered attending Seton Hill, Belmont Abbey, Tampa, Florida Southern, and Limestone.

The Lenoir-Rhyne Bears are an NCAA Division II School and play in the South Atlantic Conference where they made it to the Championship Game last year. Hunter plans to major in Business Finance and minor in Entrepreneurship.
