Friday: Irondequoit and Avon Winners Tonight

Aquinas was scheduled to play St. Joe's tonight, but the game was cancelled due to lightning storms in the area. The Hamburg at Penn Yan game was cancelled as well. That game will not be made up. Two games were, however, played. Avon went right to work and took a 6-3 first quarter to a 13-5 over visiting Batavia. The Irondequoit defense and goalie Alex Shoemaker (15s/3ga=83%) held Pal-Mac to three goals as they defeated visiting Pal-Mac 7-3.
