DAY IN REVIEW: MONDAY - There were 7 games played today and all of them were won by the high seeded teams except for one. In Class C, Livonia-Avon, HFL, and Geneva will join Pal-Mac who had a bye in the quarters. In Class D, Aquinas, Marcus Whitman, Penn Yan and Mynderse won their games. NEWARK-3 at GENEVA-19 - Geneva extended their winning streak to nine wins (13-4) as nine different players scored goals including Freshman midfielder Alex Pesante who scored his first Varsity goal, sophomore attackman Ryland Dunham (8g), senior midfielder Jeremy Askin (1g-2a), junior midfielder Max Heieck (2g-1a), freshman attackman Jack Dunham (2g-1a), and freshman midfielder Max Delgado (2a). This dispite a three-goal surge by the Pride in just under two minutes in the last quarter took them within two goals. Leading the scoring for Marcus Whitman (8-9) were sophomore midfielder Tariku Blueye (4g), senior midfielder Melkamu Blueye (2g-1a), and senior attackman Teague Gallogly (2g).
