Geneva Beats Waterloo

- NOTES: Although the game was close for the first half, Geneva scored seven unanswered goals to start the third quarter in their 12-5 win over Waterloo. The game was 5-4 going into halftime but then the Panthers held the Indians scoreless for over twenty minutes. Geneva started the scoring with three quick goals. 0:12 into the game Eddie Eddington drove straight at the goal for the opening tally. Eddington finished with 3g-2a for the Panthers. Jason Feinberg scored the first of his 2g-2a with 5:29 remaining with an assist from Hunter Seaward. Seven seconds later Kyle Cosentino scored to give Geneva a 3-0 lead. The first quarter ended with Geneva leading.

The second quarter belonged to Waterloo as they added four goals and held Geneva to two. The Indians scored the first two with unassisted goals from Brenn Solomon and Kyle Lotz. With 7:47 remaining in the first half Waterloo was down by one goal. Geneva scored the next two, including the first during man-up. Ethan Bakogiannis scored the first of his four goals.
