Midlakes Over the Pride By One 2014-04-04 - Midlakes used a strong second quarter to secure a 11-10 win over Bloomfield-Honeoye. The Screaming Eagles held off a late push by the Pride hold on to their victory. The Pride scored the first two goals of the game. However, Midlakes pushed back with three of their own to end the first quarter with a 3-2 lead. The second quarter was all Midlakes as they scored 5 goals and held the Pride to only two. They kept up the pressure in the third quarter to lead 10-5 going into the final quarter. Midlakes scored the first goal of the quarter to lead 11-5 before the Pride scored 5 unanswered goals to finish out the game.
