Victor Rallies Past Irondequoit in Five-Tie Thriller

May 23, 2026 - IRONDEQUOIT-6 at VICTOR-9  - Victor overcame a 6-4 deficit to defeat Irondequoit 9-6 in a back-and-forth Class B quarterfinal game Saturday, improving to 15-2 and extending its winning streak to seven. Nathan Terrance and Colin Wheeler each scored three goals, and Gage Hay added two goals and two assists. Victor scored five unanswered to close the game after trailing by two. Will Simpson made eight saves in net at 57%.

For Irondequoit, Hank Velepec scored two goals and Colin Giudice, Kieran Stenzel, Doug Velepec, and Dylan Carey each added one. Irondequoit falls to 10-8.
