Giangreco, Burrows Carry McQuaid Past St. Joseph`s

April 25, 2026 - MCQUAID JESUIT-7 at ST. JOSEPH`S-5 - McQuaid Jesuit beat St. Joseph's 7-5 Saturday afternoon in a non-league game, extending its winning streak in the series to six in a row. The Knights advance to 5-4. The game was tied at three after three quarters before McQuaid pulled away with two fourth-quarter goals. No stats were available for St. Joseph's at post-time.

Senior Domenic Giangreco and junior John Burrows each scored three goals to account for six of McQuaid's seven scores. Giangreco also added two assists and went seven for eight on faceoffs, while Burrows chipped in an assist. Junior Dominic Bianchi added one goal and one assist, and Dominic Camarella contributed an assist. Senior Hudson Proia went five for seven on faceoffs. In goal, junior Jackson Paladino made ten saves on 15 shots (67%) over 48 minutes.
