West and Stenzel Each Score Four for Irondequoit

- BROCKPORT-2 at IRONDEQUOIT-19 - Irondequoit picked up a 19-2 Monroe County D-3 win over Brockport Friday evening at home, scoring 11 goals in the first quarter and never looking back. Nine different players scored for the Eagles.

For Irondequoit (4-2), freshman Liam West and sophomore Kieran Stenzel each led with four goals, with West adding three assists and Stenzel one. Senior Colin Giudice contributed two goals and four assists, and senior Hank Velepec added two goals and two assists. Junior Andrew Scafetta scored two goals, including his first varsity goal. Sophomore Matt Long went 12-for-14 at the faceoff dot (86%), and junior Griffin Kilminster added four wins in six attempts (67%). Sophomore Colin Landrigan stopped five shots for a 71% save percentage in goal.

For Brockport (2-1), senior Ryan Miller led with two goals and senior Tyler Davis contributed two assists. Irondequoit's early run of nine straight goals left little room for Brockport to respond.
