McQuaid Jesuit Earns First Win Against Thomas

May 22, 2025 - McQuaid Jesuit earned its first victory over Thomas in a non-league matchup, winning 12-9. The Knights took an early lead with five first-quarter goals, while Thomas responded with three in the second. The second half saw McQuaid Jesuit add four more in the third and three in the fourth, holding off Thomas’s late push. Leading the scoring for McQuaid Jesuit were John Burrows and Domenic Giangreco with two goals each, while Will Engle contributed one goal and two assists. Thomas was led by Lucas Estelle, who tallied five goals, and Jake Polizzi, who recorded two goals and one assist.
