Brighton Secures Win at Auburn

- Brighton claimed a 19-12 victory over Auburn in a non-league matchup on Friday at Auburn High School. Brighton built an early lead, scoring three goals in the first quarter and five more in the second. Auburn found its rhythm after halftime, netting six goals in the third, but Brighton maintained its advantage with six of their own. The scoring continued in the final quarter, with Brighton adding five goals to Auburn’s four.

Brighton's attack was led by Gavin Parks, who recorded five goals, followed by Ben Marangola with four goals and two assists. Austin Flaum contributed two goals and two assists, while Tim Tourangeau added two goals and one assist. Kiki Condon also tallied two goals and one assist. Brighton's defense was backed by goaltender Logan Serve, who made five saves in 43 minutes of play. Henry Werzinger controlled faceoffs, winning 23 of 31. The win increased their winning streak to eight games.
