Pittsford Surge Get a Win from AQ

May 13, 2025 - Pittsford (10-3) earned a 12-6 victory over Aquinas (4-7) in Tuesday night's non-league lacrosse game. The home team started strong, scoring four goals in the first quarter and adding three more before halftime. Brady Goetz contributed three goals and two assists, while Cole Goetz matched him with three goals and three assists. Charlie Ryan also recorded three goals, supported by teammates Avery Valenti, Grant Lewis, and Jack Healy, who each found the net once. Aquinas answered with goals from Tano Auriuso, who led his team with three, and contributions from Noah Olbrich, Jake Guggino, and Sam Agostinelli.

Pittsford maintained its lead in the second half, scoring twice in the third quarter and three more times in the final period. Aquinas fought back late, scoring four times in the fourth quarter, with assists from Jack Bell, Dom Siesto, and Guggino.
