
McQuaid Over Rush-Henrietta
May 8, 2025 - McQuaid Jesuit (8-3) earned a home victory over Rush-Henrietta (4-9) in a non-league matchup, winning 14-5. The Knights took an early lead with four goals in the first quarter, including contributions from John Burrows and Dominic Bianchi. After Rush-Henrietta got on the board in the second quarter, McQuaid responded with a dominant third quarter, scoring seven goals. Leading the offensive charge was Burrows, who totaled four goals and two assists, along with AJ Quagrello, who contributed one goal and six assists. JP Gianforti and Will Engle each netted two goals.
Rush-Henrietta managed three goals in the fourth quarter, including scores from Andrew Coleman and Brayden Towner, but it was not enough to close the gap.
