Eden Takes Greece

May 3, 2025 - Eden hosted Greece Storm in a non-league matchup today, securing an 18-4 victory. Eden built an early lead, scoring three goals in the first quarter before adding nine more in the second. Greece Storm saw contributions from four different scorers, with Michael Atseff III, Eric Odell, Evan Baldwin, and Evan Roesser each finding the net. Odell, who took faceoffs for Greece Storm, won 17 out of 20 attempts for an 85 percent success rate.

Greece Storm managed to add two goals in the third quarter and one more in the fourth, but Eden maintained control throughout. In goal for Greece Storm, Mitchell Barnes recorded three saves on 12 shots faced in 24 minutes, while Justin Fox had two saves on six shots in his time between the pipes. Despite the loss, Greece Storm saw freshman midfielder Michael Atseff III score his first Varsity goal.
