Fairport Over Rush-Henrietta

April 30, 2025 - Fairport secured a 14-2 victory over Rush-Henrietta in their MC-D1 league game tonight. Eight different players found the net for Fairport, led by Mitchell Monte's standout performance with five goals and one assist. Jack Gosiewski contributed two goals and one assist, while Liam Moreland added two goals. Luke Ryan made one save in 36 minutes for a 100% save rate. Teammate Luke Temple recorded two saves on two goals allowed in his 12 minutes of play.

Rush-Henrietta broke through in the fourth quarter with goals from Jackson Koppers, who also tallied one assist, and Cole Flannery. Goalie Daniel Schmitz had 17 saves and 14 goals allowed across 48 minutes for a 55% save rate.
