Matthew Mitchell and William Morgan each recorded three goals, while Isaac Bailey added three of his own. Jaxon Leonard contributed two goals and two assists, and Brayden Hoak also netted two goals. Brayden O’Mara had one goal, and Cooper Lass added an assist. Churchville-Chili's junior goalie Dominic Marra made eleven saves while allowing four goals for a 73% save percentage.

For Wayne, Mason Michel and Tas Strickland each finished with two goals and two assists, while Tucker Eaton scored once and Stone Sozio recorded an assist.
