Churchvile-Chili Over Gates Chili

April 22, 2025 - Churchville-Chili took control early in their league matchup against Gates Chili, building a strong first-half lead. The visitors recorded seven goals in the first quarter and added nine more in the second, led by Jaxon Leonard with five goals and Matthew Mitchell with two goals and five assists. Brayden Hoak also contributed three goals and two assists, while William Morgan found the net three times. Gates Chili fought back with nine goals, with Michael Alley leading the team with five, while Gianni Salandy added two, and Chandler Vogel and Jayden Maryjanowski each chipped in with one.

The second half saw a slower pace, with Churchville-Chili adding two more goals while Gates Chili worked to narrow the gap. Freshman offensiveman Brayden O'Mara scored his first varsity goal for Churchville-Chili.
