Baldwinsville Over Thomas in High-Scoring Game

April 12, 2025 - Baldwinsville secured a 14-12 victory over Thomas in a non-league game on Saturday at Thomas. Jonah Jobson led the way for Thomas with six goals, while Jake Polizzi contributed three and Brandon Trottier added two. Brett Mersdorf rounded out the scoring for Thomas with one goal and two assists, and Lucas Estelle provided one assist. In goal for Thomas, Emmett Ernst saved two of four shots in seven minutes, achieving a save rate of fifty percent. Joshua Jobson stopped seven shots while conceding twelve goals during forty-one minutes of play.

Baldwinsville took an early lead with four goals in the first quarter and maintained their momentum in the second and third quarters, outscoring Thomas during those periods. Thomas rallied in the fourth quarter with seven goals, but the effort fell short.
