Ed Rowley Chooses Alfred

February 5, 2019 - Brockport senior goalie Ed Rowley has announced that his commitment to study and play lacrosse at Alfred next fall.

Rowley will start his senior season this spring with a record of 148 saves. He was a starting goalie last year for the Blue Devils and earned an honorable mention from the MC-DIII coaches.

Alfred University is an NCAA Division III school playing in the ECAC conference. They finished the 2018 season at 9-7 under Head Coach Jason Lockner. Current Section Five Alumni include Dalton McCumber (Greece), Zack Gibaud (Greece), Trevor Ess (Geneva), Joey Carra (Schroeder), Jeremiah Kinner (Haverling), Zack Landrigan (Canandaigua), Ben Cafolla (Mynderse), Joe Fornataro (Greece) and Kyle Landrigan (Canandaigua).
