Scrimmages Set to Begin

Scrimmage time begins on Wednesday and teams are getting ready to find out what works well and what needs work. Saturday is a big day as many Varsity teams are scheduled to scrimmage as part of the Flower City Cup event. Scrimmages will take place at RIT, Nazareth College and St. John Fisher College.

On Friday and Sunday, twelve college teams will play regular season games at the same three sites. The six mens' teams are Nazareth, St. John Fisher, RIT, WNE, Endicott and Roger Williams. Check the Flower City Cup web site for times and locations.
The Flower City Cup has been designed to raise awareness and money to help cure cancer, lacrosse coaches from the Rochester area with encouragement from Canandaigua enthusiasts have developed a spectacular three-day lacrosse event.
