Livonia’s boy’s lacrosse team improved to 4-0 with a 9-8 decision over the Greece Thunder on Monday at Saunders field. “We feel very fortunate to have improved to the point where we can be competitive. Can we be consistently competitive? That is a question we have yet to answer.” stated Coach Sciera. With tests coming up next week with Victor and a rematch with Waterloo that question will soon be answered.

Livonia built a 4-2 lead in the first half with four different bulldogs scoring goals. Midfielder Luke Merritt scored his first goal of the year. Greece came back in the 3rd quarter to go ahead 6-5. Livonia then rattled off 4 straight goals late in the third and early in the fourth quarters to take a 9-6 advantage.
