All League Awards

- At the end of each season, as part of each league's "post season meeting", the leagues determine their "All League Teams".

Each league sets it's own rules as to the number of awards and who is eligible to win. In the Monroe County League and in the Finger Lakes League the number of first and second team awards are determined by the Executive Council. The GRALL selects 16 first team players and a Player of the Year. All three leagues award "Honorable Mentions" for players in their league.

Monroe County currently is split into three divisions, and their All League awards are selected separately in each of the divisions, so that Division 1 selected it's own first, second and HM awards, while Division 2 and 3 select their own.

Finger Lakes coaches select their All League winners from one pool of players (not divisions).

Monroe County and Finger Lakes Leagues also select the following other award recipients:

  • Coach of the Year
  • Assistant Coach of the Year
  • Man of the Year
  • (Some) select Players of the Year

The National Awards from US Lacrosse are selected by all the Coaches in the Section at a Meeting at the end of the season.
