STX Recalls Shield Throat Protector

February 27, 2014 - The STX Shield throat protector has been recalled due to a possible laceration hazard. It has been determined that the device can crack or break when hit by a lacrosse ball. About 4,000 units have been sold. Participants, schools, teams, etc can receive a refund for this product.
