April 3, 2014 - NOTES: Although Waterloo scored the first goal, Wayne fought back and led the entire second half in their 8-3 victory. The turning point for the Eagles came in the last 2:20 of the second quarter. They scored three goals in less than two minutes to take the game from a close 3-2 to a controlling 6-2 going into the half. Nic Martin, Jack Camp and on Ecker each added a goal for Wayne. Ecker`s goal was assisted by Andrew Jenkins. Waterloo scored a single goal in the second half and did not produce a single shot in the third quarter. Leading the defensive charge for Wayne was goalie Justin Townsend and defensemen Bryce Saba, Thomas Harden, Jordan Patterson, Daniel Markwitz, Santana Deanda and Mike Rauen. Ecker led his team in ground balls with seven.
