DAY IN REVIEW: MONDAY - There were 7 games played today and all of them were won by the high seeded teams except for one. In Class C, Livonia-Avon, HFL, and Geneva will join Pal-Mac who had a bye in the quarters. In Class D, Aquinas, Marcus Whitman, Penn Yan and Mynderse won their games. Marcus Whitman (#5) defeated Bloomfield-Honeoye (#4) 10-6.

Haverling at AQNEXT UP for Class C: Livonia-Avon (#4) vs Pal-Mac (#1) and Geneva (#3) vs HFL (#2) on Wednesday.

NEWARK-3 at GENEVA-19 - Geneva extended their winning streak to nine wins (13-4) as nine different players scored goals including Freshman midfielder Alex Pesante who scored his first Varsity goal, sophomore attackman Ryland Dunham (8g), senior midfielder Jeremy Askin (1g-2a), junior midfielder Max Heieck (2g-1a), freshman attackman Jack Dunham (2g-1a), and freshman midfielder Max Delgado (2a). Askin won 15+/1- = 94%, and freshman Alex Pesante won 7+/3- = 70%. Geneva goalie Paul Williams had 7s/3ga = 70% (48 mins). Scoring for Newark (6-10) were sophomore attackman John Camblin (2g), sophomore offensiveman Sam Underhill (1g-1a), and senior attackman Devon Bulman (1a). Others on the offensive list include senior attackman Chase Perryman (1g-3a), senior midfielder Rowan Lyle (3g-1a), freshman attackman Grady Goodberlet (3g), junior offensiveman Mathew Brassie (2g-1a), senior midfielder Zack Zollo (2g-1a), and senior face off midfielder Drew Angelo (2g) who won 2+/0- = 100%, and junior Carsen Montone with 15+/6- = 71%. Leading the scoring for Livonia-Avon (10-7) were 8th grade offensiveman Brayden Arber (5g), junior offensiveman Max McEnerney (3g-2a), sophomore offensiveman Nikolai Hanna (2g-1a), and junior offensiveman Henry Walters (2g). Haverling at AQMARCUS WHITMAN-10 at BLOOMFIELD-HONEOYE-6 - In the single upset of the tournament so far, the Wildcats had a five goal second quarter that made the difference. This dispite a three-goal surge by the Pride in just under two minutes in the last quarter took them within two goals. Leading the scoring for Marcus Whitman (8-9) were sophomore midfielder Tariku Blueye (4g), senior midfielder Melkamu Blueye (2g-1a), and senior attackman Teague Gallogly (2g). Facing off for Marcus Whitman was sophomore Cullen Kephart with 9+/8- = 53%. In the goal was sophomore Tyler Speers with 13s/6ga = 68% (48 mins). Hilton defeated Aquinas by a score of 9-7. Canandaigua defeated Pittsford by a score of 7-5. Pal-Mac defeated Gananda to give the Red Raiders a perfect regular season at 16-0.

DAY IN REVIEW: TUESDAY - There were fourteen games played and it was the last game of the regular season for some teams. The Blue Panthers held off a fourth quarter surge by the Pride and held on for the 13-12 win. Aquinas, likewise held off a last quarter surge by the Lakers, winning 12-10 and locking up the GRALL title. Thomas won the battle at Webster and Penn Yan had a shutout against Clarence.

DAY IN REVIEW: SATURDAY - It took overtime after seven ties for the Rangers to beat McQuaid Jesuit 10-9. Brighton scored first and never looked back as they beat Aquinas 11-8. An unmatched goal in the fourth quarter was one goal less than the Saints needed as Livonia-Avon won 8-7. Penn Yan has an overtime loss against a strong Lake Shore team from Buffalo and Schroeder held the Hawks scoreless in three quarters for their 5-3 win in Corning.

Tuesday: DAY IN REVIEW: Long-time Penfield coach, John Schembri won his 150th game today at the Patriots defeated Churchville-Chili 15-4. Hilton used overtime to beat Thomas with a goal by senior attackman Nicholas Fede. McQuaid won their first series game against Rush-Henrietta. At Pittsford, the Panthers held off late advances by St Joseph and took the 8-7 win. Other winners were HF-L, Schroeder and Brockport who gave their Head Coaches a first win, East-United-Eastridge, Livonia-Avon and Spencerport.
