- NOTES: Aquinas and HF-L were neck and neck for three quarters before the Little Irish scored the final five goals to defeat the Cougars 13-8. The contest was tied 2-2, 4-4 and 8-8 before Aquinas scored five unanswered goals spanning the final 10:24 of the contest, including three goals in man-up play. The game had a total of 15 penalties (13 minutes). Defenseman Caleb Cooley led HFL with five ground balls and midfielder Terrance Richards led Aquinas with 14 ground balls.

Thomas Secures Win Over Churchville-Chili

- On Wednesday evening, the Thomas Titans took control of their non-league game at home, defeating Churchville-Chili 24-9. Thomas had an outstanding offensive performance, with fourteen different players finding the net. Leading scorers included Jonah Jobson with three goals and two assists, Lucas Nuccotelli and Brandon Trottier with three goals each, and Lucas Estelle adding another three goals. The game also marked the first varsity goals for Colin Dibble, Matthew Rogers, Jake Nicolay, and Gavin Lawyer. Thomas goalie Joshua Jobson recorded three saves on six shots for a 50% save percentage in twenty-four minutes of play.

Churchville-Chili relied on senior Jaxon Leonard, who contributed five of the team`s nine goals. Brayden Hoak, Isaac Bailey, and Matthew Mitchell each added one goal, with Mitchell also tallying an assist. Dominic Marra stood out in goal with twelve saves on twenty-six shots across thirty-six minutes.

The win brings Thomas to a 3-1 record as they prepare to host Baldwinsville on Saturday. Meanwhile, Churchville-Chili falls to 1-3 and will look to bounce back at Gates Chili on April 22nd.     [ Story and BOX SCORE
