Victor Secures Win at Shaker

- Victor's lacrosse team earned a 10-4 victory over Shaker in a non-league matchup at Shaker on Saturday. The Blue Devils had a balanced offensive effort led by Jackson Mead and Kyle Saeger, each recording three goals and one assist. Will Johnson added two goals, while Brody Secker and Colin Wheeler each contributed with multiple assists and one goal apiece. In net, sophomore Will Simpson recorded nine saves on twelve shots for a 75% save rate in forty-three minutes of play. Freshman Landon Tantillo also added a save during his brief stint in goal.

Shaker, now at a 3-3 record, showed determination in the second quarter, with goals from Michael Hennessey, Jeremy See, Alessio Clermont, and William Cunningham, who also added an assist. Despite their efforts, Shaker's goalie, Michael Baccaro, faced a tough challenge, making six saves on ten shots. Victor had a decisive run in the third quarter, scoring five goals to create an insurmountable lead.
