Brandon Maciejewski Selects Stony Brook

Maciejewski Penn Yan junior goalie Brandon Maciejewski recently announced his commitment to attend and play lacrosse at SUNY Stony Brook after his graduation in 2014. One of the most dramatic goalies in Section Five, "Mace" has played on the Mustang Varsity since 8th grade and has been a starter since his freshman year. Having logged more than 2,100 minutes in the goal, the junior has recorded 406 saves (63%). Last year he was named to the D&C Rochester Super 16, was a first team All Section Five player, the Class C Section Five Tournament MVP and a member of the All-Tournament team.

Off season he has been a Brogden Cup Winner, a Brine National All-American and a Nike Upstate Rising Sophomore team. He currently is playing for the SweetLax Lacrosse Club and played, last summer, in the Summer Slam, Tri-State and Yale Bulldog Tournaments.
