Pal-Mac Junior Ben Reeves Commits to Hobart

- Palmyra Macedon junior attackman Ben Reeves made his verbal commitment to attend and play lacrosse at Hobart College. A Varsity player since eighth grade, Reeves considered Albany and Syracuse before selecting Hobart.

When Reeves was brought up to Varsity at the end of his seventh grade year he scored 2g-5a. By the end of his sophomore year he had accumulated 116g-159a (275 pts). After being named to the the First Team All Finger Lakes and Class C All Tournament team as a freshman he was named the Finger Lakes (attack) "Player of the Year", first team All-League, D&C All-Greater Rochester top 16 and first team All-Section Five at the end of last year.

During the off-season Reeves was a member of the Nike UpState Rising Sophomore and junior teams. Last summer he was named a Brine National High School All-American. He has played for the Blaze Lacrosse Club at numerous showcases and tournaments.

But before he leaves for Hobart and Head Coach T. W. Johnson, he has two more seasons with Coach Joe Hill and the Pal-Mac Red Raiders.
