Spring College Decisions

Many lacrosse players wait until the spring to make their decisions relating to continuing their lacrosse careers in college. Although some many sign contracts to play, many more simple enroll as students and play without scholarships.

In this space, we will catch up with some of these players and offer links to more details.

In May, Sam Lopez, Irondequoit defenseman, announced that he will play at Ithaca next year. Allan Smith from Bloomfield-Honeoye decided to study and play at FLCC. Geneva's Bobby Sollenne selected Potsdam.

In April, Brandon Maciejewski announced his decision to commit to playing at Stony Brook after his graduation from Penn Yan next year. On the first day of the spring signing period, Waterloo senior Tim Wright signed his National Letter of Intent to continue his education and to play at Post University. Three Bulldogs signed with GCC and Dante Giordano picked Fisher. HF-L announced two players that are moving on.
