Around The State: Out bracket games on Wednesday

The New York State Tournament begins on Wednesday with the out bracket round. Section 3 champions will host Section 4 champions. The winner will play the Section 10 champions on Saturday. The Section 1 champions will host the champs from Section 9 with the winner facing the Section 2 champions on Saturday.

In Class A: Ithaca (Sect 4) will play West Genesee (Sect 3) and Pine Bush (Sect 9) will play Mahopac (Sect 1).

In Class B: Vestal (Sect 4) will play Jamesville-DeWitt (Sect 3) and Saugerties (Sect 9) will play Yorktown (Sect 1).

In Class C: Chenango Forks (Sect 4) will play Cazenovia (Sect 3) and Red Hook (Sect 9) will play Bronxville (Sect 1).
