Colin McElligott Selects the University of Indianapolis

- Colin McElligottSpencerport Head Coach Tim Britton recently announced that Spencerport junior attackmanColin McElligott has given a verbal commitment to study and continue his lacrosse career at the University of Indianapolis. A third year varsity player for the Rangers, McElligott has 130 career points including 30 goals and 55 assists during the 2014 season, earning him 1st Team All-County D-3 and 2nd Team All-Section honors as a sophomore.

Colin will major in physical therapy, in which the university has invested significant funding to new facilities, as well as their athletic complex.

In the off season, McElligott plays for both the Spencerport Lacrosse Club and the Rochester Flyers. Before selecting Indianapolis, he considered Mount St. Mary's, Wagner, and Limestone.

The Indianapolis Greyhounds are an NCAA Division II School and a new member of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC).
