-  SPORTSFIVE REPORT:  Churchville-Chili remained undefeated with their 8-5 win over Webster Schroeder today. This is the first time that the Saints have defeated the Warriors since 2011. Overall the series stands at 4-3 for Schroeder. The Saints didn't take their first lead until the second quarter when they scored four unanswered goals to take a 6-3 lead.

Schroeder started off the game strong, scoring two goals in the first minute. Schroeder goalie Antonio Deleo scored the opening goal 0:33 into the game. Blake Balcaen added another goal just 0:14 later. They held the 2-0 lead for six minutes before Churchville-Chili got on the board. Jacob Buck scored back to back goals for the Saints to tie the game. The first was assisted by Nicholas Colucci and the second was assisted by Corey Yunker.

Both teams added a single goal in the final two minutes of the first quarter. Jonathan Kay scored the Warriors and Dan Bonafede scored for the Saints. Bonafede's goal was the first of the four unanswered goals for Churchville-Chili. The score was tied 3-3 at the end of 12 minutes. Patrick Sheridan (x2) and Yunker scored the next three goals. The final goal of the first half was scored by Balcaen with an assist from Brandon Marquez.

Only three goals were scored in the second half.
